Online Application

Complete the rental application online by filling out the Online Application with details of the event. Availability of the building can be reviewed in the “Event location/Facility rooms” section of the online application.

Pre-Approval Application

Events with liquor require Liquor Liability for the event and pre-approval by the Special Event Liability Insurance Company. Please complete the Pre-Approval application and send it to Sanleandrosecretary@acgov.org and to VMBAdmin@acgov.org.
